Depending upon your particular needs, our Direct Recruitment service can be operated either on an agency basis, in which ad-hoc vacancies are sourced from our extensive database of candidates, or on a retained campaign basis, in which the sourcing of candidates is allied with a national or regional advertising campaign.

Executive Resourcing at The Royce Consultancy continues until the right candidate is found, guaranteeing total commitment throughout the process. We operate both advertised selection or executive search as part of our Executive Resourcing Service.
Our advertised selection process operates by identifying a range of candidates through advertising, screening candidates through a variety of processes, including one-to-one interviews and candidate briefing (to eliminate candidates without sufficient personal commitment to the role or organisation), before delivering detailed Curriculum Vitae and Competency Reports for all short-listed candidates. Our clients subsequently receive the key information required for the final interview stage and, ultimately, appointing the right candidate.
Conversely, our executive search facility works by targetting specific visible individuals or centres of influence within selected organisations with a view to identifying and recruiting the most relevant candidates available. |
