With a thorough understanding of NHS funding pathways, commissioning for improvements in health outcome and health economic data, as an NHS development manager you will implement projects and plans that will successfully overcome barriers to products and allow more rapid and greater product market access.
What do I need on my CV? You will be fully familiar with barriers to market access and will have experience of utilising cost, outcomes and health economic models.
With a proven ability to interact at all levels, including senior management, and manage projects to a successful outcome, you will be resourceful, have tremendous drive and commitment and strong leadership qualities.
You’ll Ideally be educated to degree level and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven planning, organisation and management skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- A successful track record in sales within primary or secondary care with a consultancy / key account manager approach.
- Experience of working in a PCT environment liaising with key influencers and developing mature relationships and implementing solutions with the bigger commercial picture in mind
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills.
